The devotion consists of: going to Confession; receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion; saying five decades of the Rosary; and mediating for 15 minutes on the mysteries of the Rosary.

  • March for Life Informational Meeting

    Any high school students interested in traveling with Holy Family to the March for Life in January 2027 are encouraged to attend our Informational Meeting immediately following the 10:00 am Mass at Holy Family Church on Sunday, September 13. The March for Life is an inspiring, peaceful, vibrant, and joy-filled rally of women, men, young people, and children from all across the country coming together to celebrate life.   • Lector Training

    All interested and committed to serving as a lector at any of our churches for the next liturgical year should attend our lector training on Monday, September 14 at 6:00 pm in Holy Family Church. New books for all lectors will be provided at the meeting. Those who would like to lector this year but are unable to attend should contact Summer Anderson at summera@hffdl.org.

    Join Holy Family and St. Mary’s Springs Academy in celebrating those who make a difference in our Catholic community at our Cor Unum Awards! The Cor Unum Awards will take place on Wednesday, September 16 at Holy Family Church, and begin with hors d’oeuvres & drinks from 5:30 to 6:45 pm, followed by our Cor Unum Awards Prayer Service at 7:00.   • Women’s Ministry: Sharing Our Journey

    Women of the parish are invited to attend our Women's Ministry “Sharing Our Journey” event on Thursday, September 17, from 5:40 to 8:00 pm at Holy Family Church. The night will begin with the Rosary and Mass, followed by refreshments and a social in the Hall. Holy Family Priest, Fr. Nicholas Waddell, will share a talk on “The Vocation of Women: An Icon Against Idolatry.” After, we will have an activity and fellowship. About the talk:  Ever since the Fall, humanity has a proclivity to build idols. Everything that once was a reminder of our place as creatures becomes defaced in our attempt to escape God. The vocation of Women is to make manifest the beauty and glory of being a creature and because of this, women become a splendid Icon against Idolatry.
