    Join us for our 2026 Holy Family Catholic Community Pre-Lent Parish Mission "Just Rest, Receiving God's Renewing Prescence in the Deserts of Your Life (A Study of the Exodus)" featuring Sonja Corbitt, a best-selling author, Telly Award-winning broadcaster, and “Catholic Evangelista.” Corbitt will teach us about the spiritual discipline, gift, and promise of rest through the story of the Exodus. The mission will take place Sunday, February 15 to Tuesday, February 17 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Holy Family Church. We will offer Adoration each night from 5:30 to 6:15 pm. Please bring your bibles! We will kick off the Parish Mission with our Lent-A-Palooza on Sunday, February 15! The entire parish is invited to a potluck in Holy Family Hall from 5:30 to 6:15 pm. After, children in 1st-5th grade can stay for Lent-a-Palooza, a festival-style event, while their parents attend the Mission Talk. Younger kids can stay with a parent.     Join us at the 8:00 am Mass at Holy Family on the First Saturday of the month for the Five First Saturdays Devotion. The Five First Saturdays Devotion is one of the principal points on the urgent need for mankind to offer reparation and expiate for the many injuries that the Immaculate Heart of Mary suffers from the hands of both the impious and the indifferent man. The devotion consists of: going to Confession; receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion; saying five decades of the Rosary; and mediating for 15 minutes on the mysteries of the Rosary.

    On the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord—the last feast of the liturgical year commemorating Christ as an infant—we will celebrate the Feast of Candlemas at the 7:00 am Mass at Holy Family and 12:00 pm Mass at St. Mary on Monday, February 2. In celebration, parishioners are invited to bring candles from home to be blessed at Masses that day.

    Young adults are invited to join us as we celebrate the Memorial of St. Agnes, Virgin and Martyr with Mass and a talk! St. Agnes is the patron saint of the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes, who founded Marian University, St. Mary’s Springs, and St. Agnes Hospital here in Fond du Lac. At noon on Wednesday, January 21, join us on your lunch hour for university-wide Mass at Marian University’s Dorcas Chapel. You can also attend Mass that night at 6:00 pm at Holy Family. Then, after the evening Mass, come to the Fireside Room for a talk on St. Agnes, Virgin Martyrs, and the Early Church.

  • Women’s Ministry: Sharing Our Journey – A Morning Retreat

    Women are invited to a peaceful morning retreat of prayer, Mass, and fellowship at our Holy Family Women’s Ministry “Sharing Our Journey: A Morning Retreat” on Saturday, January 17 from 7:00 to 10:30 am at Holy Family Church and Hall. The day will include Confession/Adoration, praying the Rosary, Mass with Fr. Fernando, breakfast by our Holy Family’s Men’s Group, and a talk from Holy Family parishioner and Catholic speaker Reese Neumann on the perseverance of faith through her journey of adoption, injuries, and redemptive suffering. Reese Neumann is a 2023 graduate of St. Mary's Springs Academy. As well as being a Catholic speaker, Reese is a poet, with her first book of poetry, Seasons of Something, in the works. She is currently a student at St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin where she is working towards degrees in Secondary Education and English with a minor in Philosophy. The schedule for the day is as follows: 7:00-8:00 am: Confession/Adoration 7:30-7:50 am: Rosary 8:00-8:45 am: Mass celebrated 8:45-9:15 am: Breakfast 9:15-10:00 am: Talk 10:00-10:15 am: Wrap up, small group reminders, Prayer
