  • St. Mary’s Bell Rededication Ceremony

    Holy Family St. Mary Church 59 E. Merrill Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, United States

    On Monday, April 15, we will celebrate the completion of St. Mary's bell automation project and 158 years of the bell tolling in downtown Fond du Lac with our St. Mary's Bell Rededication Ceremony! Through this new bell system, the bell will toll on the hour, as well as for funerals and weddings. It will also play the Angelus at noon and 6:00 pm daily.   Join us outside St. Mary's Church at 11:50 am on Monday, April 15 for the bell blessing. A small reception will follow the 12:10 pm Mass inside the church.   PLEASE NOTE: This date is based on current installations estimates and will be updated if needed. Please check back for updates. 

  • Peace in the Chaos

    Holy Family Hall - South 271 Fourth Street Way, Fond du Lac, United States

    ATTENTION: This presentation was rescheduled from an earlier date and will now take place on Friday, April 26.  Join speaker Anne Auger on Friday, April 26 to explore Mary’s example of peace, how we can emulate it in our own lives, and how amidst the spiritual battle of daily life, we can learn how to find peace in the trials we face big and small. The program will take place from 8:15 to 9:30 am in Holy Family South Hall. Children are welcome and invited to attend.   Anne Auger is a wife and mother of six. She graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Masters in Theology. She has worked extensively in RCIA, Adult Catechesis, and Religious Education programs throughout the Milwaukee and Madison dioceses, served as an instructor at the Seat of Wisdom Institute in Madison, and has been a keynote speaker at many parishes and Catholic events. She currently lives in Jefferson and serves as her parish’s Director of Religious Education.

  • Healing the Whole Person: Engaging Your Story (Registration required)

    Join us for “Healing the Whole Person: Engaging Your Story,” an 8-week series that provides the framework for understanding and receiving Christ’s healing and peace in the heart of the Catholic Church. Using videos featuring Dr. Bob Schuchts & Sr. Miriam James Heidland presenting the John Paul II Healing Center's Healing the Whole Person teachings, each session includes a guided prayer experience and a workbook journaling activity for private reflection and prayer. There will also be opportunities to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The program will meet Wednesdays, May 1-June 26 from 6:45 to 8:30 pm at Sacred Heart School and Church. Those who participate are invited to attend the 6:00 pm Mass at Sacred Heart. The final class will include this Mass. The cost to participate is $20 per person for materials, but no one will be denied due to financial circumstances. To register, please click here.     Please note: The Holy Family Youth Group now meets on Wednesdays.   Middle and high school students are invited to join the Holy Family Youth Group for some great activities this May! On Wednesday, May 8, come to the Holy Family Warming Shelter, 73 E. First St., to help us close down the Holy Family Warming Shelter for the season and enjoy Popeyes' chicken.   On Wednesday, May 15, we will celebrate and crown our Lady as Queen of Heaven and Earth at our May Crowning at Sacred Heart at 6:45 pm. After the crowning, we will enjoy custard!

  • Vatican International Exhibition: The Eucharistic Miracles of the World

    Join us in Holy Family Hall May 10-12. for a self-guided tour of 158 Eucharistic miracles collected from 22 countries, prayerfully gathered by Blessed Carlos Acutis before his death on October 12, 2006. All verified and approved by the Catholic Church, this is an amazing opportunity to delve deeper into your faith and witness the True Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. The exhibit will be open from 7:30 am to noon and 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, May 10; 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and 5:00 to 6:30 pm on Saturday, May 11; and 9:00 am to 2:30 pm on Sunday, May 12. Would you like to volunteer with the exhibition?  In order to provide this exhibition, we are in need of volunteers to assist during set-up, exhibition hours, and clean-up.   • Corpus Christi Procession

    Holy Family will offer a beautiful Eucharistic Procession through the Marian University Campus on Sunday, June 2 following the 5:00 pm Mass at Dorcas Chapel in honor of Corpus Christi Sunday. The procession will begin at the chapel on the corner of Division Street and National Avenue and process around the campus before returning to the chapel for prayer and benediction.   La Sagrada Familia ofrecerá una hermosa Procesión Eucarística a través del Campus de la Universidad Mariana el domingo 2 de junio después de la Misa de las 5:00 pm en la Capilla Dorcas en honor al Domingo de Corpus Christi. La procesión comenzará en la Capilla en la esquina de Division Street y National Avenue y recorrerá el campus antes de regresar a la capilla para oración y bendición.
