Women’s Ministry Kick-Off Event

Join Holy Family Catholic Community for its Women’s Ministry Kick-Off at 6:00 pm Thursday, September 15 at Holy Family Church, 271 Fourth Street Way.

The night will begin at 6:00 pm with Mass, followed by snacks and a social in the hall, and a talk from Anne Auger on “Beauty-full: The Gifts of Womanhood.” Anne graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Masters Degree in 2003. She has worked extensively in both the Milwaukee and Madison dioceses in RCIA, Adult Catechesis, Youth Ministry and Religious Ed programs. The sister of Fr. John Paul Mitchell, Anne is a wife and mother of six children and serves as the Director of Religious Education for her parish in Sullivan, WI. She is an instructor at the Seat of Wisdom Institute in Madison and runs her own small business with over 500 customers. Anne has been a keynote speaker at many parishes and Catholic organizations. She has a heart for people and loves sharing the message of the beauty of our creation and the gift of womanhood.

Those who attend are asked to bring a package (or two) of newborn and size 1 diapers. After the talk, participants will bundle these diapers for donation to Charis Pregnancy Help Center.
