Blessed Bites – Year-round Meal Program

Holy Family Catholic Community’s Meal-to-Go program Blessed Bites will serve meals at the Holy Family Warming Shelter, 73 E. First St., every Tuesday from 4:00 to 4:30 pm – or until meals are gone. 

The to-go meals are available for anyone who is in need. Those who are seeking a meal are asked to enter via the entrance facing the parking lot and bring something to carry their items in.

Summer Bites

This summer, we will distribute free lunches to anyone in need at 11 locations throughout the city on Tuesdays, June 9-August 18. 

Lunches will include a sandwich, water or juice, fruit, a snack, and dessert. Distribution times and locations are as follows:

  • Maplewood Commons (Martin Ave. & Hawthorne Dr.), 11:00 to 11:20 am
  • Little Ceasars Parking Lot (Main & Scott Sts.), 11:00 to 11:20 am
  • Lighthouse Pointe Mobile Home (North Fond du Lac), 11:00 to 11:20 am
  • FDL Mobile Home Park (North Fond du Lac), 11:00 to 11:20 am
  • Holy Family Warming Shelter (73 E. First St.), 11:00 to am to 3:00 pm (The Warming Shelter will be open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Tuesdays for people to get a break from the heat, eat a meal, and use the showers and laundry services).
  • Buttermilk Park (lot by Amphitheatre – S. Park Ave. & 20th), 11:30 to 11:50 am
  • Church of Peace (S. Military Rd. & Western Ave.), 11:30 to 11:50 am
  • Lakeside Garden Apartments (North Peters Ave.), 11:30 to 11:50 am
  • Green Meadows Mobile Home Park (North Fond du Lac), 11:30 to 11:50 am
  • St. Katharine Drexel Shelter Parking Lot (N. Peters Ave.), 12:00 pm
  • ADVOCAP Opportunity Center (W. First St., S. Macy St.), 12:00 pm

Todos los martes, del 9 de junio al 18 de agosto, la Comunidad Católica Holy Family ofrecerá almuerzos gratuitos para llevar a niños, familias e individuos de toda la comunidad. Los almuerzos incluirán un sándwich, agua o jugo, fruta, un refrigerio, y postre.
