  • Grief Share: Surviving the Holidays

    Are you or someone you know grieving? The holiday season can be difficult for those who have lost a loved one. To help you through this time, Holy Family will host Grief Share's “Surviving the Holidays” seminar from 4:00 to 5:30 pm on Wednesday, November 11 in the Holy Family Board Room. The program will help participants learn how to deal with their emotions, what to do about traditions, how to survive social events, and how to find hope for the future.   • Domestic Church Family Night

    Sacred Heart School 678 Western Ave., Fond du Lac, United States

    Families can come together and learn about living as a faith-filled family on Wednesday, November 11 at Sacred Heart School. The evening will begin with a potluck in the Sacred Heart School Gym from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Please bring a dish to pass! From 6:30 to 7:30 pm, there will be something for every age! Parents can attend a workshop on the commitments they made at their children’s Baptism and what is at stake if they are not honored. Children in grades 1-4 will have fun with faith-based activities, as kids in grades 5-7 join our Open the Word Middle School Bible Study in the Sacred Heart Victory Center. Grades 8-12 will head into the basement to make cards for veterans. Please note: Childcare will be available for children ages 3+, no diapers please.

    All mom's and children are invited to join the Moms Group! Meeting on Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am in Holy Family Hall, the Moms Group is an informal gathering where moms can enjoy fellowship and children can play together.

    Are you struggling with grief? Holy Family will host “Grief Share,” a 13-week support group and seminar designed to help people rebuild their lives after loss. The group will meet Mondays, September 14-December 7 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Holy Family Board Room. The program will be run by Deacon Dale Paczkowski and his wife, Lucy. Those interested in joining the group must register by contacting Deacon Dale at dalep@hffdl.org
