Soup du Jour

Get your favorite soups from your local restaurants all in one place when Soup du Jour returns to Holy Family on Saturday, February 18! The fundraiser will sell soup donated by local restaurants and our Holy Family staff to once again benefit the St. Katharine Drexel Shelter and Holyland Food Pantry. We will sell soup for $4 per container or three for $10 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm at Holy Family Church. Any soups remaining after 3:30 pm will be sold following the 4:00 pm Mass at Holy Family.

Customers are asked to come to the northeast side of the church and wait in their cars, where they will be served in the order they arrive.

A&W Restaurant – White Chicken Chili; Avenue 795 – Chicken Dumpling Soup; Benvenuto’s – Sopa de Toscana; Boda’s Restaurant – Beef Barley Soup; Connie’s Diner – Broccoli Chese; Fat Joe’s Burgers & Brew – Stuffed Green Pepper Soup; Friar Tuck’s – Beef Vegetable; Gilles Frozen Custard – Chicken Enchilada Soup; Oasis Family Restaurant – Chicken Dumpling Soup; Red Cabin at Green Acres – Famous Carrot Soup; The Sweet & Salty Pig – Tomato Basil with Tortellini Soup; Theo’s 24 – Andouille Sausage Gumbo; Top Shelf Sports Bar & Grille – Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Sausage Gumbo, and Beef Vegetable; and Tucker’s – Chili.

Elaine Graf and the Associates of First Weber will donate Chili from Downtown Deli, Market, Café, and Holy Family’s staff as well as Pastoral Council and Commissions will make Corn Chowder and Taco Soup respectively.
