From Awareness to Action: Recognizing Substance Use in Your Family and Finding Support

Learn about the signs of drug and alcohol use and addiction, and how you can help your loved ones experiencing it at the “From Awareness to Action: Recognizing Substance Use in Your Family and Finding Support” presentation from FDL County Drug Court Coordinator Jennifer Laning, CSAC, on Tuesday, April 29 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in Holy Family Hall.
Laning will discuss signs that parents, grandparents, and guardians should look out for in their children, and how to identity various drugs. The presentation will also feature a talk from a member of the recovery community sharing their experience with addiction and recovery. Information will be available on resources accessible to those who are struggling with addiction and those who are in recovery.
