The Holy Family Respect Life Ministry will offer talks on end-of-life planning and care on Thursday, May 14 and May 28 at 5:30 pm in Holy Family Hall featuring Archdiocese of Milwaukee Director of Respect Life Ministry Rich Fedor and Fr. Matthew Kirk.

The first talk on May 14 will be a workshop inspired by the Wisconsin Catholic Conference of Bishop’s document “Now and at the Hour of Our Death,” and discuss the importance of forms like the Wisconsin Power of Attorney for Health Care, Catholic Addendum to the WI POA-H, and the Final Disposition, and how to fill them out.

The second talk on May 28 will discuss end-of-life issues and end-of-life care from a Catholic perspective, and the importance of discussing this with loved ones, particularly those making decisions on your behalf. Fr. Matthew will talk about the Anointing of the Sick and the Last Rites. Refreshments will be served.

You do not have to attend the first talk to attend the second.
