Grief Share: Surviving the Holidays

Are you or someone you know grieving? Holy Family Catholic Community will offer the seminar “Grief Share: Surviving the Holidays” from 1:00 to 3:00 pm or 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 4 in the Holy Family Conference Room, 271 Fourth Street Way to help those experiencing loss learn tools to navigate the holiday season. Participants will learn how to deal with their emotions, what to do about traditions, how to survive social events, and how to find hope for the future.
