Mary Jo Neumann’s Mobility & Balance Class will return this January! The class will take place Fridays beginning January 5 in the Sacred Heart School Gym from 9:00 to 9:40 am. The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving from place to place. Participants should be able to walk without assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. Tennis shoes and comfortable clothes recommend. Bring own water bottle. The St. Patrick's Rosary Guild will hold its Fall Rummage Sale in the Sacred Heart School Gym on Tuesday, May 9 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday, May 10 from 8:00 am to noon. If you would like to donate to the sale, you can drop off your donations from noon to 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 7 and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, May 8. The proceeds of the sale will help those in need.  

Mary Jo Neumann will once again help you gain strength and balance when her six-week Balance and Mobility Class returns this week. The class will be held on Mondays from 10:00 to 10:30 am on October 24-November 28. All classes will be held in the Sacred Heart School Gym, except the November 7th session, which will be held at Holy Family. The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving. Participants should be able to walk without assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.
