I was 12 years old when I joined my first Holy Family choir. At the time, it was called the Contemporary Choir, and we met in the old St. Joe’s basement every Sunday morning. When I was 14 years old, the choir traveled to Italy to sing in the ancient cathedrals and St. Peter’s Basilica, and I’ve been hooked on choral music ever since!
I am a soprano, choral conductor, and violinist, with a degree in voice performance from Marian University.
I currently direct 3 of the choirs at Holy Family Parish; the Children’s Choir, Festival Choir, and the Holy Family/Sacred Heart Choir. I also serve as Holy Family’s Director of Parish Events, building community through some fantastic events like Oktoberfest and the Living Nativity.
I’m passionate about music, theater, and art, especially in our community. I also serve as the Artistic Director for the Fond du Lac Area Children’s Chorale for the Thelma Center for the Arts and am on the board of directors for the Fond du Lac Community Theatre. I am a regular soloist with the Fond du Lac Symphonic Band, the Lighthouse Big Band, and the Nationally televised Heart of the Nation Masses.
My husband, Mike, and I have two children, Arthur and Magnolia. We love traveling, camping, hiking, musical theatre, and throwing parties!
