Deacon Dale R. Paczkowski

Deacon
I was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where I attended St. Paul Grade School and Notre Dame High School. After graduating from high school I began my post-secondary education at St. Norbert College where I earned a degree in Physics. I then attended Marquette University and received a degree in Civil Engineering.

In my professional career as a Registered Profession Engineer I have worked for the County of Los Angeles as a Highway Engineer, State of Illinois as an Airport Engineer, City of Eau Claire as a Design Engineer, and the City of Fond du Lac as the Water Operations Manager for the Water Utility. I am now currently retired.

I met my wife Lucy who has been teaching in various Catholic School Systems throughout her career, at St. Norbert College. Lucy and I have two daughters, Laura who works at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Lisa who is a CPA for Miller Brewing. Both daughters graduated from St. Mary’s Springs Academy.

After discerning a calling from God to enter the Diaconate, I began my studies for the Diaconate in 2008 and was ordained as a Deacon on September 8, 2012 by the Most Reverend Jerome Edward Listecki at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Next to my wife and children my love is aviation. I have been flying since I was fifteen and have Commercial Pilots License. In addition to my love for flying I enjoy hunting and shooting.
