My name is Angie Bestul, I am excited to be here at Holy Family Catholic Community as the new Christian Formation and Marriage Ministry Administrative Assistant.
I grew up in West Virginia, and later moved to Columbus, Ohio where I met my husband Tom, who grew up in Central Wisconsin. In 2001 ,we moved our family to Fond du Lac to be closer to Tom’s family.
We have four grown children—two girls and two boys—and we are blessed to have three grandchildren and three grand dogs.
While in Columbus, Ohio, we were active in the parish, and when we moved to Fond du Lac, I told my husband that we should take a break for a while. It wasn’t too long before Fr. Pat found out about our involvement in Ohio and suggested that we join some committee, which we did. While raising our children, we took a small step back, but now that we have no children at home, I felt the calling to take a leap of faith and go from a full-time job to a part-time job working here at the church.
