Understanding the Scriptures

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 30, 2022
The class will be a survey of key texts from the Old and New Testaments. We will approach the text from more of an academic perspective using the historical theological methodology of the Quadriga, which are the four senses of Scripture taught by the Church Fathers. Class time will be a mixture of lecture on background information and interpretation-focused discussion.
The group will meet Wednesdays, September 7-November 30 (excluding November 23) from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in the Holy Family South Hall.
