Six-Week Balance and Mobility Class

Mary Jo Neumann will help you gain strength and balance in her six-week Balance and Mobility Class. The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving from place to place.
The class will take place from 10:00 to 10:30 am on Mondays, September 12, 19, & 26, and October 3, 10 &17 in Holy Family Hall.
Participants should be able to walk without assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and wheel chairs. Tennis shoes and comfortable clothes recommend. Bring own water bottle.
