Join in the fun with Mary Jo Neumann as you explore simple strategies to increase your energy level on Monday, April 7 from 10:00 to 11:00 am in Holy Family South Hall. The presentation will address healthy nutrition and an appropriate/safe home exercise program. Active wear clothing recommended for participation.
