Mary Jo Neumann’s Mobility & Balance Class will return this January! The class will take place Fridays beginning January 5 in the Sacred Heart School Gym from 9:00 to 9:40 am.
The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving from place to place. Participants should be able to walk without assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. Tennis shoes and comfortable clothes recommend. Bring own water bottle.
Registration is limited, no fee for parishioners. To register, please call the Parish Office at (920) 921-0580.
