DESCRIPTION:Bring the whole family to Holy Family Catholic Community’s Summer Festival\, running August 22-23 at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Rec Center\, 520 Fond du Lac Ave. \nThe festival will begin with 4:00 pm Mass at the FDL County Fairgrounds Rec Center on Saturday\, August 22 and with 10:00 am Mass on Sunday\, August 23. After\, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of entertainment\, including inflatable obstacle courses for the kids\, games\, balloon twister\, an immersive petting zoo\, bingo\, and more! Listen to live music from great bands and take your chance on our 50/50 raffle and basket raffles. Eat your way through the festival and try brats\, hot dogs\, burgers\, tacos\, desserts\, and other delicious treats available for purchase. Looking for a cool treat? We are excited to welcome an ice cream truck on August 22! There is no shortage of things to do for people of all ages! \nFestival hours: 4:00 to 8:30 pm on Saturday\, August 22 and 10:00 am to 4:30 pm on Sunday\, August 23. \nCheck back for a full line-up soon! \nWant to get involved? Here are some ways you can assist!  \n\nVolunteer: Many volunteers are needed to support the festival over its two days. If you\, your friends\, or family are interested in volunteering\, there are several opportunities available\, including with setup\, cleanup\, games\, food\, and more! Shifts are available throughout the weekend. Sign up will open soon here! \nBasket Raffle: We are looking for donations to our Basket Raffle. We ask that baskets be worth at least $50\, contain only new items\, and be wrapped/contained in some way\, such as cellophane. Businesses\, organizations\, and families are invited to donate! Baskets must be dropped off to the Holy Family Parish Office by Tuesday\, August 4. \n\n

SUMMARY:Holy Family Catholic Community 25th Anniversary Festival
DESCRIPTION:This August\, Holy Family Catholic Community will mark the parish’s 25th anniversary with a 3-day festival taking place at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Rec Center\, 520 Fond du Lac Ave.\, and Avenue 795\, 795 Fond du Lac Ave. \nThe festival will begin on the evening of Friday\, August 15 with a fish fry at Avenue 795\, 795 Fond du Lac Ave.\, at 4:30 pm. Enjoy a delicious fish fry as you listen to music from the Mike Schneider Polka Band\, performing from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. The menu will also feature dishes like flatbreads\, Farmers Market salads\, chicken and prime rib sandwiches\, and food for the kids! Prices range from $14-$22. After you finish dinner\, additional seating will be available by the band for you to stay and listen. Reservations are not needed. \nThen on Saturday\, August 16 and Sunday\, August 17\, we will celebrate at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Rec Center with live music from great bands\, including Cat 5 and Dorf Kapelle\, games and activities for people of all ages\, raffles\, delicious food\, and Mass on Sunday morning. Local bands of many genres\, including rock\, folk\, mariachi and comedy will also play. Festivities will begin at 8:30 am on Saturday\, August 16 with a French Toast Breakfast and conclude at 9:00 pm with Cat 5. On Sunday\, August 17\, the day will begin with Mass at 10:00 am and end around 5:00 pm.
