DESCRIPTION:Get ready! One of Holy Family Catholic Community’s most delicious events is back! Soup du Jour will return to Holy Family Church Saturday\, March 2. \nThe fundraiser\, which sells soup donated by your favorite area restaurants\, will benefit the Holyland Food Pantry and Holy Family Warming Shelter. Based in Marytown\, Holyland Food Pantry provides supplemental and emergency food to people in need in the Holyland\, as well as refers people to additional resources. The Holy Family Warming Shelter opened in November 2023 and every night provides warmth\, safety\, and food to single adults experiencing homelessness in the community. \nSoup du Jour will take place at 1:00 pm on Saturday\, March 2 at Holy Family Church\, 271 Fourth Street Way on the south side of the church beneath the canopy. \nSoup will be available on a first come\, first served basis for $6 per cup and $15 for three. \nThe menu for the day will be: \n\n\nAndouille Sausage Gumbo – Theo’s 24\nBeef Barley – Boda’s Restaurant & Catering\nBeef Vegetable – Avenue 795\nCheesy Beer – The Hive\nCheesy Broccoli – The Sweet & Salty Pig\nCheesy Seafood – Salty’s Seafood & Spirits\nChicken Corn Chowder – Red Cabin at Green Acres\nChicken Dumpling – Oasis Family Restaurant\nChicken Dumpling – Rolling Meadows Restaurant\nChicken Noodle – The Stretch Restaurant\nChicken Poblano – Holy Family Hispanic Community\nChicken Wild Rice – Gilles Frozen Custard\nCream of Baked Potato – Faros Restaurant & Cocktails\nCream of Mushroom – Top Shelf Sports Bar & Grille\nDowntown Deli Chili – Downtown Deli\, Market\, Cafe donated by Elaine Graf & Associates of First Weber Realty\nFrench Onion – Brick House\nHam & Beans with Potatoes – Holy Family Staff\nLoaded Baked Potato – The Diner\nPotato Cheddar & Ham – Friar Tuck’s\nPorcini Mushroom – Bob’s on the Avenue\nStuffed Green Pepper – Fat Joe’s Burgers and Brew\nTaco Soup – Holy Family Human Concerns Commission/Pastoral Council\nTomato Bisque – Hotel Retlaw |Table One Restaurant\nTucker’s Chili – Tucker’s Hamburgers\nWhite Chicken Chili – A&W Restaurant\nWhite Chicken Chili – Annie’s Catering/Catering by Juan
