An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until June 27, 2022
Mary Jo Neumann will help you gain strength and balance in her six-week Balance and Mobility Class. The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving from place to place.
The class will take place from 10:00 to 10:30 am on Mondays, May 2, 16, 23 & June 6, 20, & 27 in Holy Family Hall. The class is free for parishioners. Registration is limited, so sign up today by contacting the Parish Office at (920) 921-0580.
Participants should be able to walk without assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and wheel chairs. Tennis shoes and comfortable clothes recommend. Bring own water bottle.
